Our Process

Spice mixing & packing

Stock movement, processing routes and sales documentation. Every transfer between stages raises a document, so each kilo is traceable from goods receipt through to the invoice — whether it ships straight from the warehouse, after grinding, or fully packed under your own label.

Show
Tulip International Food stock and document flow Stock is received from Tulip's own supply or from a co-packing customer. Tulip stock enters the warehouse on a Goods Received Note. From the warehouse it is issued on a Goods Issue Voucher to grinding, to packing, or directly to sale. Co-packing stock is received internally straight into grinding or packing. Ground product moves to packing or to sale on the same voucher, and packed product moves to sale on the same internal note. All three routes end in a sales invoice. 01 STOCK SOURCES 02 STORAGE & PROCESSING 03 SALES 01 GRN 02 GIV 03 GIV 04 GIV* 05 GRN Internal 06 GRN Internal 07 GIV 08 GIV* 09 GRN* Internal Tulip stock Own material Received on a stock receipt Co-packing Customer material Held for contract packing Warehouse Stock storage Racked, batched and traceable Grinding Processing stage Milled and sieved to specification Packing Packing stage Filled, sealed and labelled Sales Invoice issued Three routes to sale: Direct warehouse stock Ground products Packed products INVOICE ISSUED FOR SALES Every route ends the same way — a documented, invoiced despatch.

Numbered markers identify routes, not a mandatory sequence. An order may take route 01 → 07 and never be ground or packed; another may run 01 → 02 → 04 → 09. Click a colour above to isolate a set of routes, or hover any stage to see what connects to it.
